Aston Charles is recruiting for an experienced Account Director to lead sales efforts and build strong relationships with major brokers.
Responsibilities include developing account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and managing internal activity across business development, new business underwriting, and renewals.
You will work closely with the Head of Strategics to support central engagement with partner brokers and provide results and feedback/action plans to meet jointly agreed targets.
A competitive package of up to £90K (negotiable) plus lucrative quarterly bonus and comprehensive benefits package is on offer.
