Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Pro Talent. This is an excellent opportunity to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth. Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
Job SummaryThis is a key leadership role that requires a strong track record of business development and a deep understanding of the accountancy industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Review and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Fully-qualified accountant with at least 10 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of business development and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Excel, TaxCalc, Xero).
