Agriculture Area Sales Business Development Director

We are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a consultative approach to sales, providing each client with a solution that matches their specific requirements.
The role involves attending sales appointments made by our telemarketing partner and self-generating new leads through a combination of networking, referrals, and cold calling. You will receive world-class training as part of a four-week induction programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Utilize consultative sales skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure continued competitiveness.
