Websters Rural, a leading trader of grains and animal feed raw materials in the UK, is seeking an Agricultural Sales Development Specialist to join their team.

With its strong presence in the industry, the company offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an arable farming environment, with a strong understanding of farming practices and the countryside.

Responsibilities will include developing and supporting farmer suppliers aligned with company values, negotiating purchase contracts within established price ranges, and selling fertiliser, seed, and specialist crop contracts.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with existing customers while building new relationships with farmers in the area.

We are offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career development.

Please note that this role requires commercial awareness, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
