The large farm operates cutting-edge agricultural machinery and values the expertise of its team members. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on work and problem-solving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the workshop team while taking initiative when needed.
  • Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and servicing of machinery.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan.

The salary is around £40,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include company vehicle, on-site parking, company pension scheme, and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Formal mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Practical experience with agricultural equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
