The Role: Assistant Farm Manager

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Assistant Farm Manager to support the Farm Manager in running our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day farm operations alongside the Farm Manager.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 4 permanent staff and seasonal workers during peak periods.
  • Implement and champion sustainable farming practices.
  • Operate and maintain modern machinery and precision farming equipment.
  • Monitor and manage crop performance, soil health, and environmental initiatives.
  • Play an active role in planning and innovation, helping shape the future of Dennington Hall Farms.
