Workshop Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Mechanical Equipment Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians and ensuring that all mechanical equipment is properly maintained and operated.

Your technical expertise and strong leadership skills will enable you to manage and maintain a range of mechanical equipment, including powered access equipment and small tools. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate and timely reports on workshop performance.

As a Mechanical Equipment Supervisor, you will be working closely with a team of experienced technicians to ensure that all mechanical equipment is properly maintained and operated.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Supervise a team of technicians and ensure that all mechanical equipment is properly maintained and operated.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on workshop performance, including damage charges and maintenance activities.
  • Manage and maintain a range of mechanical equipment, including powered access equipment and small tools.
  • CITB/NVQ qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • CSCS card and previous experience in workshop management and mechanical environment.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive bonus scheme, on-site parking, and opportunities for professional development.
