Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechnical Equipment Technician to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, ensuring all plant equipment is running smoothly and meeting current health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to plant equipment
  • Investigate and resolve issues with site equipment, working independently and as part of a team
  • Travel to other sites and customer locations in a company-provided van
  • Accurately record service details and update relevant systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pump Engineer or similar role, with mechanical qualifications desirable
  • Good understanding of plant machinery and hire equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Valid UK driving licence essential
