Agricultural Operations Manager

At Dennington Hall Farms, we're committed to innovation and sustainability in agriculture. We're looking for an experienced Agricultural Operations Manager to support our Farm Manager in running daily farm operations.
About the RoleThis is a key position within our team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day farm operations alongside the Farm Manager. You'll lead and motivate a team of 4 permanent staff and seasonal workers during peak periods, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
We're seeking someone with experience in arable farming, who's passionate about sustainable agriculture and soil health. A commitment to embracing innovation and new farming practices is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be able to implement and champion sustainable farming practices, operate and maintain modern machinery and precision farming equipment, and monitor and manage crop performance, soil health, and environmental initiatives.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, a company vehicle, comprehensive medical insurance, and a matched pension scheme.
In addition to your salary, you'll have access to a farm-based house option if required, which includes accommodation and utility bills.
