  • We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team at WTW. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Account Directors in retaining and servicing clients and prospects.">
  • This role involves developing client and WTW relationships, growing the portfolio within the business unit, and leading ongoing client service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as experience working with processes and systems to support client service delivery.">
  • The salary for this position is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Key qualifications include delivering high levels of client service, building effective relationships, and representing the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility.">
