Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to meet client needs.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
