Senior Helpdesk Engineer

Premier Group Recruitment is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients for complex and challenging tickets.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote desktop
- Responsible for escalating complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (E3, E5, EMS) and Azure IaaS
- Proficiency in core Microsoft services: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and processes
This role offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
