Key Requirements
- $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and virtually.
- Proven experience working on a helpdesk, with knowledge of IT service ticketing tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central, Intune, O365, Entra-ID, Azure, MaaS360, Manage Engine, SD-WAN, Citrix, and Meraki Portal.
