Technical Helpdesk Engineer

Paysend Group Ltd. is hiring a Technical Helpdesk Engineer to work in our UK office. As a Technical Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and customers via phone, email, or remote desktop tools. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with software installations, and provide guidance on hardware components.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications. You should also be able to adapt to new technologies, software, and support processes in a dynamic IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to end-users via various communication channels
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
- Assisting users with software installations, updates, and configurations
- Providing guidance on hardware components such as computers, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), and common software applications
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, software, and support processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
