Job Title: Helpdesk Technical Expert

About the Role:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of software and hardware systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
