Helpdesk Engineer

PFH Technology Group is seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Engineer to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for our clients, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operation of their IT systems.
This is a 12-month contract position that requires excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have experience working in an IT environment, preferably with Windows 10 installations, and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and report writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues related to Windows accounts/mailboxes and system problems.
- Diagnose and solve software faults, including hardware and software installation.
- Manage server shares, set up new shared folders, and configure computer peripherals.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for software/hardware installation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in an IT environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and report writing.
- Experience with Windows 10 installations and networking.
