Job Description:

Cantium Business Solutions seeks a skilled IT Infrastructure Technician to join their team. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to customers on available systems, products, and services
  • Manage calls according to Cantium's standards, ensuring detailed call notes are recorded for all steps taken toward resolution
  • Stay updated on trends and developments within the ever-evolving information technology industry

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience with IT infrastructure, including hardware, databases, operating systems, and local area networks
  • Proficiency in Windows server environments, Microsoft cloud solutions (including Intune), and familiarity with storage, backup, and virtualisation architecture
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
