You will be the central point of contact for clients and engineers, managing schedules, handling service requests, and ensuring our facilities services are delivered efficiently. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage incoming service requests via phone and email, logging and prioritizing tasks.
  2. Monitor job progress, ensuring service levels and deadlines are met.
  3. Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and expectations.
  4. Prepare reports on team performance and service delivery metrics.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in facilities management and proficiency in IT systems, particularly scheduling or helpdesk software. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
