About Us: Mountjoy provides professional construction, refurbishment, building maintenance, and facilities management services in the south of England.

Job Description: We seek a skilled Maintenance Helpdesk Supervisor to assist with training, coaching, and developing administrators. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and good geographical understanding of the Woking area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with training and coaching administrators to follow correct processes.
  2. Use manual measures and demand sheets to understand performance and identify trends or issues.
  3. Support contract team in ensuring all office staff act professionally.
  4. Manage conflict, issues, and poor performance to achieve positive outcomes.
  5. Highlight issues and trends to supervisors/contract manager regarding quality of workmanship and task productivity.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 31 days annual leave, flexible annual leave scheme, company sick pay, and more.
