Job Description

We are seeking a Helpdesk Professional to join our Technical Operations team at CUBE Content Governance Global Limited in London (Hybrid/Remote). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our internal staff and customers, ensuring seamless operation of our office and customer-facing systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical queries from customers and internal staff via email and telephone.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues, escalating to 2nd/3rd line support teams as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance and administration tasks on various line-of-business systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a confident telephone manner and ability to learn quickly.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a distributed team, following a flexible approach to undertaking and completing tasks.
