We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Helpdesk Professional to join our team in East London / Essex Area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in 1st and 2nd line IT support, customer service, and excellent communication skills. They will also possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Servers, Firewalls, and Windows Operating Systems.

Responsibilities include handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional support to clients. This role also involves project work for the installation and support of Windows PCs & Servers, Azure & Microsoft 365, VMware & Cloud Migration Services.

The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewall & Routers and be able to effectively communicate with clients via phone. They should also be familiar with common routers, firewalls, and switches, as well as Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Windows Server admin, SharePoint admin, and Windows Operating Systems.

Salary: £28,500 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
