We are seeking a Technical Assistance Expert to join our team at Handle Recruitment. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide expert assistance to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using expertise in Windows, macOS, and common computing platforms.
- Contribute to project work within Global Technology, including software deployments and hardware upgrades.
Salary Range and Benefits

Requirements
