Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Progress and resolve tasks in line with Helpdesk procedures and SLAs.
- Contribute to the Team and Customer knowledge base.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
