We have an opening for a Helpdesk Operations Manager at Vertex IT Solutions Ltd.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

About the Position:

This is a shift-based role that requires managing the Helpdesk system and providing first line support to users.

Key Tasks:

  1. Log all telephone calls on the Helpdesk system and resolve user issues.
  2. Coordinate user access to the Company's network system.
  3. Administer new user setup, hardware/software requests, and routine reports.
  4. Support on-site second line staff as needed.
  5. Assist the Group IT Administrator with administrative tasks.

Essential Skills:

  • 12 months' experience with main desktop applications.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • User support expertise.
