We are seeking a highly motivated Helpdesk Operations Specialist to join our team at London's largest club stadium.

About the Role

  • Location: Directly on-site at the stadium.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm, with a 35-hour workweek. Some flexibility will be required to cover events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CAFM systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with financial duties, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Coordinate sub-contractor schedules, monitor performance, and maintain compliance.
  • Support the wider team in delivering top-notch services.

Estimated salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum.
