About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at L3Harris in Tewkesbury. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in delivering exceptional service to our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating interviews and creating offer letters.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver training and development programs for employees.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience in an HR role or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
