About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at Health Case Management Limited (HCML). As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering health and wellbeing services to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the reasons for ill health or injury and develop effective plans to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive assessments and develop tailored solutions.
- Communicate complex health information to employees, empowering them to take control of their health and wellbeing.
- Access and coordinate appropriate treatment interventions, ensuring the most effective use of resources.
- Provide expert advice to line management, HR, and Health and Safety managers, helping them understand the implications of health issues and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of health and wellbeing principles, along with experience in case management or a related field, is essential.
