**Role Profile: HR Co-Ordinator**
**Location: Tewkesbury/hybrid (2 Days per week WFH)**
**Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part-time can be considered)**

We are looking for a talented HR Co-ordinator to join our friendly and ambitious HR team. The primary focus of this role is to co-ordinate activities relating to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting the expansion of our highly successful company at its secure facility in Tewkesbury.
This role would suit an individual who has experience within a fast - paced HR team who also enjoys a varied role and delivering improvements. Having an interest or experience in Learning and Development co-ordination/administration would be an advantage.

- **Responsibilities include**:_
- Co-ordinate activities in relation to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR metrics, HR system administration, payroll and training and development.
- Ensure accurate employee records are maintained to meet both statutory and company requirements.
- Conduct regular evaluation of internal HR processes and make recommendations to improve these as appropriate to ensure that they continue to be both effective and efficient.
- Support the onboarding process by managing the induction of new employees, ensuring that all employee documentation is correctly collated.
- Support monthly payroll procedures.
- Work with Managers to identify and evaluate training needs.
- Complete administrative tasks relating to L&D, including booking employees onto training courses, issuing joining instructions, monitoring progress and evaluating quality.
- Review and implement L&D opportunities, including e-learning and accredited training.
- Support with security vetting.
- General HR administration, e.g responding to reference requests, confirming contractual changes.
- **Skills, Experience and Personal qualities required**:_
- Experience of working in a similar role. It would be an advantage if you have worked within learning & development
- Highly effective planning, coordination, and time management.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Must be able to prioritise own workload and adapt to changing work priorities.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly efficient with an organised approach to work and excellent attention to detail.
- A flexible approach and a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change.
- An ability to work under pressure whilst displaying sound judgement.
- Experience of establishing training needs and partnering with the business to deliver training solutions.
