Would you like to be a member of a phenomenal and thriving team and have the opportunity to grow your career? Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Co-ordinator based at our Tewkesbury site.
This role is a key position within HR and requires someone who will support the UK HR Director and HR Projects Director in the provision of services across the UK and global projects such as our Talent Program, Recruitment, Job Architecture, Engagement Surveys and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
This is a wide ranging role covering the full range of employee life cycle activities including but not limited to recruitment, sponsorship / international assignments, first level casework, GDPR reporting, administration of UK wide benefits schemes - to name a few.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience working within a fast paced environment, with exposure to the full breadth of HR related issues.
- Previous experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR would be a benefit as this is an area we wish to grow and develop
- Ability to source, analyse and present numerical data in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to change.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are really important
- Ability to get to grips with systems quickly e.g. sourcing tools, sponsorship, excel databases, Culture Amp
- You will have a continuous improvement approach with a “can do” demeanour. You will be passionate in supporting current and future business needs with the voice of the internal customer at the forefront.
- If you are not HR qualified we can sponsor you and provide experience towards a CIPD qualification.
To be effective in the role, you will need to be highly organised to deliver against deadlines, have an open mind and work to find good practical solutions and focus always on the customer (both internally and externally).
