Our business is growing and growing fast We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to support our recruitment drive for new employee's across the whole business whilst maintaining our unique passion for creativity, team working and the essential element of getting things done
**The Job**
You must maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers and ensure the recruitment and onboarding process remains consistent throughout.
**Accountabilities of the role**:
- Working closely with Hiring Managers to design a resource plan for their live roles.
- Design and Implement Campaign Recruitment plans for all UK vacancies.
- Point of contact for all things Recruitment.
- Conduct vacancy briefings with line managers to understand the role profile.
- Take part in regular update meetings with Team Leaders, Department Manager and Divisional Directors.
- Responsible for ensuring that the level of competencies required for each role is explored within the interview through competency-based questions.
- Undertake pre and post interview discussions with managers and coordinate the feedback process.
- Debriefing with line managers following the interview to gather views and feedback both on fit and interview technique.
- Proactively build talent pools for the future.
- Assist in Social Media Strategy for Internal Recruitment including external job boards and careers page(s)
- Ensure new hires are correctly processed through the ATS/HR system to receive correct documentation and onboarding.
- Uses the system to manage any referrals ensuring correct information is provided
- Able to adapt interview style to level of role and the line managers' requirements.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with line managers to provide appropriate levels of support during the interview process.
- To be able to effectively support and coach inexperienced managers through the interview process.
- Ability to perform under pressure and to high pressure timescales
- Ability to work in a way to demonstrate our core values
- Demonstrate ability to multitask, and be creative
- Organised and efficient at maintaining records on People systems to reflect interview feedback and status.
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of managers from different business areas.
**Other duties;**
- Ensure relevant job requisition approval has taken place prior to vacancy creation and offer.
- Work with the Internal Communication Marketing and team to ensure we are marketing our brand effectively.
- Excellent communication skills & Excellent attention to detail
- Highly motivated individual who displays initiative
- Strong rapport and relationship building skills
