We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at L3Harris. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in delivering exceptional service to our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
