Community Support Worker

Premier Community is seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as community carers. As a community carer, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized support and enable them to live independently.
The day-to-day role of a community carer involves helping clients with personal care, medications, and recording visits. You will also be required to complete our comprehensive training program and ongoing professional development.
We offer an attractive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
