About the Role

You will be working in various care homes within the local area, supporting an experienced and friendly team with the care of the residents. The elderly residents are living with a range of age-related illnesses such as Dementia, Alzheimer's etc.

**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Ensure that all care plans are followed to ensure that the service users receive the level of support appropriate to them.
  • Undertake personal care duties as well as observation checks to ensure that the residents are safe and their hygiene is maintained.
  • Take part in activities to keep the residents engaged and entertained during their stay at the service.
**Requirements:**
  • Full and up-to-date CV
  • Referenceable work history, displaying at least 3 months of paid UK experience working within a care home
  • Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 6 months or registered on the update service
  • Mandatory training certificates relevant to the role, dated within the past 12 months
**Pay Details:** £11.60 per hour for day shifts and £12.00 per hour for night shifts.
