Health and Social Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health and Social Care Worker to join our team of Community Carers. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering person-centered care to our clients, helping them to achieve their desired outcomes.
The role of a Health and Social Care Worker requires a strong understanding of the needs and preferences of older adults and individuals with disabilities. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, administering medications, and monitoring health conditions, as well as using our digital care planning system to record visits and ensure continuity of care.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including 6 fully paid weeks of holiday, company pension, work devices, live dedicated support, and fully funded qualifications in Health and Social Care.
