Opportunity: Senior Residential Childcare Worker
**Salary**: £29,000 - £36,000 inclusive of sleep ins

**Role Overview**:
You will play a pivotal role in an established team within our children's homes. Your responsibilities will involve providing support to children and young people, ensuring their well-being and positive development. **Responsibilities**:
- **Direct Support**: Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people within our established children's homes.
- **NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare**: Utilize your qualification to ensure a high standard of care and support.

**Requirements**:
- **NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare**: A must-have qualification for this role.
