**Responsibility of Senior Residential Support Worker**
- You will mentor, support and coach new team members
- For the children & young people, you will provide emotional support, establish strong relationships, boundaries, and routines.
- Create a warm and nurturing home environment.
- You will promote each child and young person’s needs, champion them and support them to fulfil their potential.
- Perform sleeping-in duties as required.
- Contribute to the organisations on-call system.
- Thrive in a team environment and be flexible with the ability to work a rota pattern.

**Requirements for Senior Residential Support Worker**
- QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare / Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People’s Workforce. (desirable)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner.
- A full UK driving license.
