Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary package, including hourly rates from £13.00 to £14.95, paid on demand via an app, and contracted hours for guaranteed minimum earnings. Additionally, we provide travel expenses of 30p per mile, 5.6 fully paid weeks of holiday, a company pension, and work devices built to deliver care through live digital care plans.

Job Description

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for making visits to clients in their own homes, using your own vehicle, and helping them meet their desired outcomes from our services. This may involve assisting with personal care, cooking and serving meals and drinks, administering medications, and supporting with day-to-day living tasks. You will also use our digital care planning system to record visits and ensure that our clients receive live and efficient support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a full UK driving license, high personal values that match those of our team, and a professional approach to completing our training and ongoing training programs. A commitment to delivering exceptional care and a passion for working in the health and social care sector are essential qualities for this position.
