Home Care Support Specialist

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a caring and compassionate individual who is willing to go the extra mile. As a Community Carer, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and monitoring of health conditions.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing excellent care and support to our clients, and we believe that our Community Carers are the key to achieving this goal. That's why we offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £37,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including 6 fully paid weeks of holiday, company pension, work devices, live dedicated support, and minimum wage protection.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering high-quality care, a willingness to learn and develop your skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
