Salary and Benefits

Our Carers are rewarded with competitive hourly rates, ranging from £14.40 to £16.00, depending on experience and location. In addition to a guaranteed minimum earnings package, we offer:

  • Pay on demand: access to 50% of your pay as soon as you have booked off through our app
  • Contracted hours for guaranteed minimum earnings
  • Travel expenses paid at 30p per mile
  • 5.6 weeks' fully paid holiday

Job Description

As a Premier Community Carer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, such as washing and showering, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Preparing and serving meals and drinks
  • Supporting clients with medication management
  • Assisting with day-to-day living tasks, such as household chores and laundry
  • Recording visits live with our digital care planning system
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license (essential)
