Lead Care Practitioner

We are looking for a highly skilled Registered Home Manager to lead our new 4-bed service in Derby.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Providing effective leadership and management to the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
- Managing and supporting the staff team, ensuring they are motivated and well-trained.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Strong Compliance Knowledge
- Ensuring the home meets all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Striving for continuous improvement and aiming for outstanding provision.
- Care Plan Development
- Advocating for the young people and ensuring their needs are met.
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of the young people.
- Fostering a sense of belonging and stability within the home.
- Operational Efficiency
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensuring the home is well-maintained and all health and safety regulations are met.
- Participating in on-call duties as required.
- Business Development
- Supporting the planning and development of the new home.
- Being flexible to manage either LD or EBD services as required.
Annual salary: £50,400 (inclusive of a performance-related bonus of up to £5,000).
