About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional care to seniors. As a Support Worker in our care homes, you will work closely with experienced teams to provide personalized support and ensure residents receive tailored care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill personal care duties and observation checks to maintain resident safety and hygiene.
  • Engage residents in activities to promote their well-being and entertainment.
  • Assist with moving and handling equipment to facilitate resident mobility.
  • Maintain oversight of resident health and safety at all times.
Vacancy Requirements
  • A full and up-to-date CV.
  • Referenceable work history showcasing at least 3 months of paid UK experience in a care home setting.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 6 months or registered on the update service.
  • Mandatory training certificates relevant to the role, dated within the past 12 months.
  • Strong communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The pay rate for this role is £11.60 per hour for day shifts and £12.00 per hour for night shifts.
