Theatre Operations
Ramsay Health Care UK's Theatre department is responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to patients across multiple sites. Our theatre team works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless theatre operations and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrub/Anaesthetic Nurse/ODP to join our theatre team at Woodthorpe Hospital. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of theatre protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaborately with others to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless theatre operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification, such as a diploma or degree in nursing, and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). A minimum of 2 years' experience in theatre nursing is preferred, although candidates with transferable skills and experience in other areas of healthcare may also be considered. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
