Role SummaryWe are seeking a Medical Director and Consultant Psychiatrist to lead our clinical team and develop clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes.
Key Requirements- Fully GMC registered with a relevant medical qualification
- Registered on the specialist register (CCT/CESR), Section 12 and AC Status
- Experienced and knowledgeable in adult psychiatry and mental health diagnosis
- An accomplished leader and clinician with strong line management and communication skills
- £170,000 per year
- 30 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays
- 5 days study leave, study budget and in-house CPD/peer group programme
- Company-paid Life Assurance scheme covering 3x salary
- Contributory pension scheme
