About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Support Worker to join our team in the Heanor area. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to residents with age-related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer's.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care plans to ensure residents receive appropriate support and tailored services.
  • Undertake personal care duties and observation checks to maintain residents' safety and hygiene.
  • Participate in activities to keep residents engaged and entertained during their stay.
  • Ensure safe use of moving and handling equipment to assist residents around the property.
  • Oversight the health and safety of service users under your care.
Vacancy Requirements
  • Full and up-to-date CV.
  • Referenceable work history, displaying at least 3 months of paid UK experience working within a care home.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 6 months or registered on the update service.
  • Mandatory training certificates relevant to the role, dated within the past 12 months.
  • Strong communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

The pay rate for this role is £11.60 per hour for day shifts and £12.00 per hour for night shifts. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
