Community Leadership Specialist

Are you an inspirational leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We're seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to lead our Communities Service in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
As a Community Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for providing positive, effective, and innovative leadership to the team. You will manage the delivery of an effective, customer-focused tenancy and estate management service that responds directly to customer demand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing an agile team who work out in our communities, encouraging customer engagement opportunities and feedback to ensure the shaping of our services, continuous development, and improvement.
- Implementing policy and procedural changes and recommendations following changes in legislation, regulation, transformation projects, testing new ways of working, and providing adequate support to the team to ensure smooth transition.
- Carrying out regular one-to-one meetings with the team, providing guidance and support where necessary, and assisting with the personal development of others.
- Completing regular case management reviews to ensure customer demands are being managed effectively and monitoring individual performance reporting any concerns/achievements to the Communities Manager.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as private healthcare options, mileage, a fantastic pension scheme, discount schemes, and a big emphasis on health and well-being.
