Agile Community Services Leader

We're looking for an Agile Community Services Leader to join our team in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. As an Agile Community Services Leader, you will be responsible for leading our Communities Service, ensuring the delivery of an effective, customer-focused tenancy and estate management service.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading a team of community workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.
- Implementing policies and procedures to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Carrying out regular case management reviews to ensure customer demands are being managed effectively and monitoring individual performance.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as private healthcare options, mileage, a fantastic pension scheme, discount schemes, and a big emphasis on health and well-being.
