Salary:

£40,000 - £45,000 per year

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing costs, contracts, and risk management while prioritizing health and safety protocols. They will also collaborate closely with Project and Installation Managers to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of material quantities, costs, and resource requirements pre-tender.
2. Collaborate with clients to evaluate project feasibility and refine proposals.
3. Provide continuous support throughout project lifecycle, overseeing subcontractors and construction phases.
4. Cultivate strong client and team relationships, facilitating seamless collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in ISO standards and construction regulations, and strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
