About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Team Manager to lead our Communities Service in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of community workers who deliver an effective, customer-focused tenancy and estate management service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of community workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.
  2. Implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  3. Carry out regular case management reviews to ensure customer demands are being managed effectively and monitor individual performance.
