Join Stangate Recruit, a leading provider of training solutions, as a highly motivated Training Administrator. You will be responsible for facilitating and administering training arrangements on behalf of our clients. Your duties will include coordinating training activities, processing bookings, managing course status, contacting suppliers, and updating learning management systems.

We are looking for an individual with excellent coordination and organisational skills, who can work effectively in a team environment. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A sound knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry is advantageous, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training activities and events
  • Process training bookings and manage course status
  • Contact suppliers to secure training solutions
  • Update learning management systems and maintain accurate records
  • Generate and forward joining instructions and notify delegates of changes or cancellations
  • Monitor progress of allocated training events and ensure compliance is met
  • Calculate managed event costs and arrange accommodation where necessary
