Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and friendly individual to provide administrative support to our busy front desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting customers in a welcoming and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle phone calls, take messages, and direct customers to relevant staff members.
  • Greet customers and visitors in a welcoming and courteous manner.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and paper-based.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous.
